NCAR Instrumentation for Airborne Development

Hans Friedli (NCAR/ACD) is in the process of assembling a current inventory of all NCAR/ACD, ATD, and MMM instruments and instrument packages used for airborne operation. The listing will include instruments developed in-house, instruments that are commercially available, and instruments that were modified from their commerical configurations to accommodate the needs of NCAR investigators.

The objective is to provide in one place and format NCAR's quantitative experiences, operations and data handling requirements, and plans for the future. The value of this endevour is to serve as a reference for established and new NCAR researchers, and for the atmospheric science community using NCAR.
