S-Pol Data Users' Guide: Introduction

TRMM-LBA is the Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission, Large Scale Biosphere-Atmosphere Experiment initiated by NASA to provide ground-truth validation for satellite-collected data and derived products. The S-Pol component of TRMM-LBA was jointly sponsored by the US National Science Foundation (NSF) and NASA.
